Kyle Grivette had been running Denver-based AAA Building Maintenance, a cleaning and janitorial company, for many years. The company was successful and Grivette enjoyed leading his team. But, Grivette didn’t want to rest on his laurels. Instead, he wanted to keep growing and improve scheduling and other processes within his business. Enter Terri!

“Terri is so easy to talk to and she and I got along really well,” said Grivette, a Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce member.

After meeting together, Grivette began implementing The Perfect Week, per Terri’s instructions. And despite admitting that, “bad habits die hard,” Grivette was able to streamline many of the business practices that had been clogging up his efforts to build a larger clientele and more effectively manage his staff.

“She’s highly organized,” said Grivette, “and she kept me on task.”

Grivette said that Terri’s approach—asking questions and offering input from an outsider’s perspective—was extremely helpful. Terri may not have known the specific ins and outs of running a janitorial company, but she understands how to run a business efficiently and strategically.

“I saw immediate results,” said Grivette.
